If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.Because all custom hockey pucks are made to order with your logo, design, or text, most personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or production errors. This is standard practice for personalized sporting goods, which cannot be resold once produced.We strongly recommend reviewing your artwork, spelling, and order details before submitting your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact our team as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and propose a solution.In most cases, custom puck suppliers offer a replacement or refund only when the finished product does not match the approved design or arrives damaged. Our goal is to provide every customer with high-quality custom hockey pucks and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

We’ll do our best to reproduce your logo’s colors accurately. However, colors may appear different due to factors beyond our control, such as your monitor’s brightness and contrast settings.

Products can occasionally be damaged during shipping. We inspect every order before it ships. Please check your order for damage when it arrives. You have 5 days from delivery to report any damage. If you find any, take photos of the damaged product and packaging and email them to info@CustomHockeyPuck.com.
