Puck display cases

Once the order has been finalized and payment is authorized, your display cases are ready for shipping within 2 days. If you also ordered custom pucks it will take more time. The order will be ready in 7 days.

Orders are shipped using UPS or Purolator and should reach the destination in less than 2-6 business days.

Customers assume all responsibility for orders once they leave our office. Signature and insurance options are available at the time of checkout.

Shipping cost

Cost of shipping is based on the number of display cases you purchase.

Tracking your order

We will e-mail you a tracking number the day your order is shipped. The email will be from UPS or Purolator. Often those emails go in the spam box.

Can I Change The Shipping Address on my Order?

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Shoot us an email at info@CustomHockeyPuck.com for any questions that you may have.

When will I receive my order?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates. If we have a problem to ship on time, we will let you know. The delivery date is an estimated date and is not guarantee. It will be the responsibility of the UPS or Purolator to deliver on time. Most orders are during the winter and storms can delay delivery. If you can, order early to avoid disappointment.
