Custom Hockey Pucks - Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100 percent. If you are not completely
satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom hockey pucks.
Exception: If CustomHockeyPuck spells your imprint wrong, we will redo
it at no charge. The printing will be based on the information you provide us.
Please make sure your text is correct.
We will do our best to achieve an exact colour match your
logo. Colour matching is limited by various situations beyond our control,
such as the hue/contrast settings of computer monitors.
During processing, shipping, and customs, occasionally products will be damaged. We do inspect each order before it ships out to you. As soon as your order is received, please inspect it for damages. You have 5 days from when the order was delivered to report any damage. If you do find any damage, please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and send it to info@CustomHockeyPuck.com.
Manufacturer warranties still apply to hockey pucks.
Cancellations
You must notify CustomHockeyPuck via email of your intent to cancel order prior to the order being sent to production. We will do everything we can to cancel your order in time if it has not yet been produced. Once an order has been sent to production, printed, and/or produced, we CANNOT cancel it. We reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation if we are not able to stop processing. After the design is approved we will not be liable. Orders that are eligible for cancellation will be issued a refund.
Missing/Incorrect Items
That's our fault! If we messed up your order, please email us at info@CustomHockeyPuck.com or call us at our toll-free number at (866)-327-6145 and we'll get it fix.
